  • Employment Information (For Commercial Properties): Such as the name of your employer, your business email address, business telephone number, and your office location.

  • Device Information: Such as your unique device ID and device location tracking.

  • Event Registration Information: Such as information related to the events and/or classes you register to attend using Henderson East, including the name, time, location, and nature of the class/event, and the fact that you wish to attend.

  • Service Request Information: Such as any information you voluntarily provide in relation to a service request, including the nature of your request, the location where service is needed, the contact information of the person who will be present for or whose office/unit the service is needed, and any additional information you provide in relation to the request.

This information is used to provide building communications, event updates, tenant services, and other features available through the platform, including to:

  • Share announcements, property updates, and event information

  • Facilitate service requests and tenant communications

  • Provide access to building information and resources

  • Improve the functionality and user experience of the platform

Personal information will only be used for operational purposes related to Henderson East and will not be sold to third parties. Certain information may be shared with authorized service providers, including VTS, solely to operate and support the platform.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By creating an account and using the Henderson East app, users agree to comply with the terms governing use of the platform.

The app is intended to provide tenants and users with access to property information, events, announcements, and services related to Henderson East. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted through their account.

Users agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. Unauthorized use of the platform, including misuse of features, interference with the platform’s operation, or violation of property policies, may result in suspension or termination of access.

Henderson East reserves the right to update or modify features of the platform, including these terms, at any time to maintain platform functionality and improve the user experience.

These terms supplement the standard Terms & Conditions provided within the platform by VTS.
